We Are a Mold Testing Service but Also Provide DIY Mold Test Kits
Mold Testing Service
Pure Maintenance is Licensed by the State of Florida to assess mold, its types, toxicity any related structural damage. If you need a Mold Inspection or Mold Remediaiton estimate, we can provide that at the time of testing as well.
Our Orlando location services Seminole, Lake, and Orange Counties, but we have partners nationwide that can help you with your mold testing. Give us a call at (321) 558-2333 and we can point you in the right direction.
Do-it-yourself Mold Tests
We can have a kit sent to you so you can perform a mold surface test yourself. Once you have the sample, you will then need to ship it to the same accredited third-party labs that we use for all our cusotmers.
If you want an air sample, the most accurate results can be achieved through an air sample machine and it makes the most sense to have that done by one of our technicians.
Will Insurance Pay?
Most property insurance companies will cover the cost of water damage restoration and mold remediation. Pull out your policy and call your insurance company to find out, and ask whether they require mold testing to prove you have mold.
The process to submit and recoup costs from insurance can be daunting. If you want to maximize what your insurance pays, we can recommend a public claims adjuster to advocate on your behalf. We can also assist with some of the required submissions to your insurance to save you the hassle.
