Yes – Treating your HVAC system is included with no additional cost. This includes treating the entirey of your HVAC trunk supply air duct and return ductwork as well. Only Pure Maintenance offers this at no additional charge!

Yes - We recommend that you have us clean your air ducts of all dirt and debris during mold remediation. HVAC cleaning is not required, but if you decide you would like us to do it, there is an additional charge for us to perform a thorough cleaning.

We offer duct cleaning in conjunction with our fogging to create a one-stop solution for air duct cleaning and mold remediation for our customers. 

No – all people and pets MUST vacate the property for the entire duration of the mold fogging treatment. Fortunately, the dry fogging typically takes just 5 to 8 hours. Which means if you are a homeowner, and we do it while you are at work and kids are in school, you could experience zero inconvenience.

And for businesses we can do it night, to avoid downtime!

Typically, 5–8 hours for a home or other property that is 4000 square feet or less.

While dry fogging can reduce the need for demolition, this timeframe does not include demolition.

 No. We recommend you leave everything in the home to make sure your belongings receive the treatment as well. The fogging is FDA and EPA approved and safe for food contact surfaces and won't affect or damage paintings, textiles, antiques, and electronics.
