8 am to 5 pm Emergency Service - A Higher Standard of Restoration
We provide free visual inspections and estimates for homeowners, property managers, and landlords.
If you are a renter and need a professional inspection and mold test so you have the information you need to persuade your property management to take action, we charge $99 to come out, and $199 for the air quality mold test sampling, submission and third-party lab fees.
If your situation is urgent and you need a water damage professional to walk you through what you need to do, call us immediately.
Is water entering the property from outside or from a pipe, fixture or appliance inside?
If it is related to a pipe, fixture or appliance, turn off the water main.
If the source is coming from outside . . . Is it weather-related, groundwater, or a possible sprinkler pipe?
You may need to turn off the sprinkler main or "plug" the hole in the building envelope allowing water in.
We can be at your place within the hour if you call between 8 am and 5 pm, any day of the week
The purpose of the inspection is to...
accurately assess the work required to fully restore your home's previous appeal and its air to perfect health.
Give you a timeline for getting back to normal
Provide a cost estimate
And if desired discuss next steps to find out how much your insurance will cover
This step may or may not be required. For flooding or extensive water buildup we will vacuum up the water and moisture.
With the bulk of the water removed, the next step is to dry out your belongings and the structure of your home. Mold can grow with 60% relative humidity and 24 hours. All moisture must be eliminated to prevent any additional mold from growing and sporing.
We minimize the need for demolition with the use of our dry fog, but there are instances where physical removal of damaged materials and moldy materials is unavoidable. We will Communicate what we leave and what we remove so you know how much transformation to expect.
HEPA Scrubbers is the next step to clean the air of your property. Like water extraction gets the bulk of moisture out, air scrubbing gets the bulk of the mold spores and other air contaminants out of your air.
Dry Fogging is the last step of air and surface remediation. If occupant health is important to you, then dry fogging is a must.
We dry fog your home twice. Once with an EPA registered, hospital-grade sterilant and once with an FDA registered antimicrobial that provides 90 days of ongoing cleaning and protection. Treating all types of mold, viruses and bacteria on surfaces and in the air.
Your home will be healthier and more sanitary than the day it was built.
To confirm air quality, we include two air quality mold tests after dry fogging. We take an indoor sample, then take an outdoor sample and compare the two.
We guarantee fresh air indoors, or we fog again.
If any deconstruction of walls, flooring, and other materials had to happen, then painting and reconstruction come next.
Like every other step, we will work with you and general contractors to the extent necessary to ensure your business or life at home return back to normal as soon as possible.
If your property insurance company requires mold test data from a third-party lab, proving you have mold, then "Yes" a mold test can save you thousands.
Another reason to get a mold test is if you want before and after data. We include two after tests at no extra cost, but you will need to pay for the before test(s).
Otherwise, "No," mold testing or air quality testing is unnecessary."
Why? In most cases, a professional is not necessary to tell you whether or not you have mold. The goal is simply to eliminate the mold you know you have. And restore your home's air quality.
For homes, one test is almost always sufficient, and you can expect to pay $199 for a single mold test done by a third-party certified lab. If you want us to come out, we charge an additional $99 service fee to come to your home to collect then submit samples to the lab.
For larger commercial properties, several samples are necessary and the cost increases with each additional sample. There can be a slight reduction per $199 test if enough tests are done.
Customers choose Pure Maintenance because there isn't a more thorough mold remediation process in Orlando, or anywhere on the planet.
We do everything that a traditional remediation and water damage restoration company offers. In addition, we are the only mold company that offers a patented and green dry fog system that uses a hospital-grade sterilant and an antimicrobial registered with the FDA. Simultaneously more effective, faster, safer, and lower cost. This is how nationwide Pure Maintenance has been able to grow to over a hundred locations and served over 20,000 customers in less than three years.
We tell people you should always at least get an estimate. The savings can be Tens of Thousands for our commercial customers and thousands for our residential customers.
Our approach to mold remediation is at least 10X, most often 100X, and sometimes 1000X more effective than other mold remediation companies' approaches. Our Dry Fog particles are smaller than a mold spore. So wherever a mold spore goes, our dry fog will go; into the threads of carpets and drapes, and into the fabric and grain of furniture and wood. Going where no liquid can.
Sound too good to be true?
Take for example a 2000 sq ft home that has a combined 20 sq ft of visible and hidden black mold. Traditionally mold removal would quarantine the immediate area around that 20 sq ft, and maybe another 80 sq ft surrounding it as well. Then treat only that part of the home. This makes sense right? Yes, it does, and we will do the same if demolition in the immediate area is necessary.
However, where we are different is we will push dry fog to every surface on every piece of furniture, carpet thread, HVAC interior, and other belonging in your entire home. Not just the 2,000 sq ft of floor area, but to every surface. Instead of focusing only on100 sq ft, we treat the volume of the air in your home and literally treat 10,000 sq ft or more of surface area... twice. First with our hospital-grade cold sterilant, then a second time with a preventive antimicrobial which provides 90 days of ongoing "cleaning" and prevention.
Our claim that we are 100X more effective is a conservative estimate.
Why does going above and beyond in this way matter? Orlando is humid, very humid. Mold spores and their mycotoxins can also travel throughout the interior, very quickly. We eliminate the risk of those spores getting hold in another poorly ventilated part of your home. A total home cleanse also immediately puts your home at a healthier level than it has likely ever been. Even more sanitary than when it was very first built.
Your improved health will thank you. Nothing else in the market can compare!
Upon request, we will share proof of being bonded and insured up to one million dollars, and Florida State certified to perform either mold assessment or remediation. When looking to get quotes for your home or business mold remediation project, these three items should be considered bare minimum requirements.
An independent, inspection-only company can cost you up to $600 for the inspection and tests alone. When necessary this expense can't be avoided. But there are plenty of times when it is unecessary. We can help you avoid this potentially unnecessary cost.
Our unique and exclusive patented process can also reduce reconstruction costs and the labor associated with demolition.
Don't want to pay anything at all for your mold removal project?
We provide expert assistance and connections with public adjusters to ensure you recoup the cost of your mold remediation project through your home insurance company.
Time is money.
If you decide to move forward with our mold remediation services, we can achieve equal or better results than you could with another method, and do it in a fraction of the time. The national average is close to a week's worth of inconvenience. Our average total time in your home may span a couple days, but the total time is less than a day.
Our dry fog is completely proven. Your indoor air will match or be better than your outdoor air quality, or we will come back and dry fog again at no cost.
We use a third-party lab to verify the air quality mold tests we take after we have completed your mold remediation project. One air quality test is taken outside your home, and the other is taken inside your home. We can then easily compare the results to show you that your indoor air has been restored to as good or better than outdoor quality.
More importantly, we look to address the air quality throughout your entire home, not just the air quality local to where the mold growth was found.
