The Pure Maintenance approach to mold remediation is at least 10X, most often 100X, and sometimes 1000X more effective than other mold remediation companies' approaches.  Our Dry Fog particles are smaller than a mold spore.  So wherever a mold spore goes, our dry fog will go; into the threads of carpets and drapes, and into the fabric and grain of furniture and wood. Sounds too good to be true?

Take for example a 2000 sq ft home that has a combined 20 sq ft of visible and hidden black mold.  Traditionally, mold removal would quarantine the immediate area around that 20 sq ft, and maybe another 80 sq ft surrounding it as well.  Then treat only that part of the home. This makes sense, right? Yes, it does, and we will do the same if demolition in the immediate area is necessary.

Instead of focusing only on100 sq ft, we treat the volume of the air in your home and literally treat 10,000 sq ft or more of surface area... twice.  First with our hospital-grade cold sterilant, then a second time with a preventive antimicrobial, which provides 90 days of ongoing “cleaning” and prevention.

Our claim that we are 100X more effective is a conservative estimate.

An independent, inspection-only company can cost you up to $600 for the inspection and tests alone.  When necessary, this expense can't be avoided.
