Depending on your preference or need, you may or may not need an Air Quality Test. For clients that clearly have mold growth in their home, a test is not necessary. In certain instances, you may still want the mold test data. In this case, when we come out to provide the free estimate and mold inspection, we will discuss whether it is worth the expense to take an air sample. If so, we will then take an air sample from the area determined to be the most affected by mold, and mail it that same day to a third-party lab. Several days later, we will review the results with you and discuss whether any action is necessary. If the mold count is high enough to warrant action, we will then discuss what the most cost-efficient and convenient option will be.
If you prefer, we offer an option where we mail the air quality test kit to your home or business, with the instructions. You can then conduct the air test and/or mold test on your own, then mail it directly to the third-party lab yourself.

On rare occasions, where there is extreme water damage, and restoration is unavoidable, a job can take days, or longer. In most cases however our process will take as little as one-tenth the time it would take a mold remediation company using only traditional forms of mold abatement
